End user training
In the End user training, everyone involved in the closing process or internal control process will be trained in how to use Runbook. During this training End users learn everything they need to know for working with the Runbook software. They learn about icons, how to execute a step, how to use reports and how to attach documents and much more. After this training End users are fully prepared to work with Runbook. End users training is also available on Runbook's service portal. The complete End user training normally lasts four to six hours.
