Super user training
In the Super user training, users can be trained in just two days. Super users are the key to user maintenance and management, helping the smooth day-to-day Runbook software operations.In the Super user training, subjects like Runbook master data, scenario set up, reporting and additional functionalities are all covered. Part of the Super user training is the business case. The business case prepares the Super users for the Standards and Foundations workshop. In the business case, you'll consider how many areas you'll be using, the users, responsibility groups and their naming convertion.
At the end of the training you'll receive a certificate for being a fully-trained Runbook Super user.
