Procter & Gamble Selects Financial Close Solution from Runbook Company

Following extensive vendor evaluations, Procter & Gamble selected Runbook Company to streamline their Financial Close process. Procter & Gamble chose Runbook primarily for its seamless integration with SAP ERP, enabling employees to improve the financial close process. Procter & Gamble plans to roll out Runbook at its four global locations that perform and monitor financial close by integrating Runbook with thirteen SAP systems, covering 600 company codes that average thousands of activities per company code.

By leveraging the Report Verification module within Runbook, Procter & Gamble will automate tens of thousands of business review transactions to reduce employee workloads and save valuable time. "Because Runbook automates critical close processes, passing only detected exceptions to employees for manual intervention, human error is virtually removed from the process," says Herman Heller, Director of Business Development at Runbook Company.
