Runbook Customer Round Table Highlights the New Era of Financial Process Flow

Runbook Company International, the world's leading provider of software solutions in SAP for Fast Close, Internal Control and Compliance Documentation, announced it has hosted its international Customer Round Table in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on the 17th and 18th of November. The Customer Round Table provided a unique opportunity to facilitate the sharing of best practice and knowledge across the globe.

The Round Table was attended by representatives from leading global companies such as Procter & Gamble, O-I, Novartis, Deloitte, Roche, B. Braun, Heineken and Wärtsilä. Following an introduction from Runbook's CEO, Herman Heller, the participants were given an overview of Runbook's product roadmap by Rob Leesberg, Runbook's CTO and Director of Services and Development.

The event served as a forum to discuss current compliance challenges while outlining Runbook strategies to lead technology into the financial closing process of tomorrow. Customers were given the opportunity to share their financial close challenges with Runbook expert's team, they discussed how Runbook can best meet their changing financial requirements.

Participants were provided with an insight into Runbook's view on Process Flow. Runbook process flow is the ability to define, build, execute, manage and report on workflows that support systems and operational processes. A Runbook process flow can cross corporate disciplines and interact with ERP systems and its applications, to process and support business functions.

Of particular interest to the participants was the certification of Runbook 40 SP10 software by co-operating SAP team in Walldorf. Runbook is the certified standard SAP software technology used for closing and control integration in SAP.
