About the Runbook Customer Reference Program

The Runbook Customer Reference Program (CRP) provides a forum for Runbook and key customers to communicate successful Runbook deployments publicly-with peers, press, technology leaders and industry analysts. Our CRP focuses on highlighting how you have utilized Runbook solutions to improve the way you run your business. The program is designed in such a way that our reference clients benefit from increased recognition and awareness while enhancing their relationship with Runbook Company International.

As a member of the Runbook Customer Reference Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in various activities that will capture your experience with Runbook and gain positive publicity for your company being a transformational leader in the finance area. Runbook Company works with professional writers to ensure journalistic style materials and we always send you the content for internal review and approval before publishing.


5 reasons to participate

Awareness. Participation in the Runbook CRP offers increased exposure. Your contribution, whether it is written material or live interaction, will be promoted along industry peers, business colleagues or independent analysts. 

Thought leadership. Use the Runbook CRP as a communication tool to demonstrate your innovative way of working and deep understanding of the business you are in. This will enhance your position as a thought leader in the market.

Knowledge exchange. Reference customers will have the opportunity to share their finance process automation improvements with other organizations. You may also be put in contact with customers from whom you can learn more.

This includes speaking engagements with free admission to conferences and the yearly Runbook Customer Council event, round table invitations and participation in functional roadmap sessions.

Strong relationship with Runbook Company. Participation in the CRP develops and strengthens your professional relationship with the Runbook team, industry peers and business colleagues. 


Participation options

Our program offers various options for participation whether in live interactions or in written materials. You choose the level that fits your needs and your corporate policy. Participation can include:

Customer Quotes. You provide a testimonial quote that emphasizes not only your satisfaction with Runbook solutions but also how you've applied them to enhance your own business results. These quotes will be used in Runbook's promotional efforts and will include your name, title and company name.

Sales Reference Calls. You participate in a set number of reference calls with Runbook prospects. These calls will be limited to one hour each. Runbook Company will facilitate these calls but will not participate to ensure transparency and privacy.

Financial Analyst Reference Call. You agree to speak to a financial or industry analyst like Gartner or Forrester. This is a major opportunity especially for publicly traded companies.

In-depth Interview. You agree to participate in an interview of 60-90 minutes facilitated by Runbook Company to detail your business, the challenges you face, the Runbook solution you have implemented and in particular the benefits that resulted in a positive ROI. This information may then be used in internal and external Runbook presentations, website, success stories, case studies and white papers.

Conference Speaking Engagement. You agree to present a keynote or other agenda topic or to participate on a conference panel. This way you will gain widespread recognition and credibility for your own organization.

Customer Forum or Roundtables. Participate in a customer forum or roundtable and you will gain exposure as a thought leader in your business.

Webinar Participation. By agreeing to participate in a Runbook of industry sponsored webinar to promote our mutual success, you can benefit from gaining recognition for your expertise.

Press Opportunity. Runbook Company works with reference customers to develop press releases and arrange interviews with press and industry analysts to showcase your solutions.

Video Testimonial. Share your case study with challenges and solutions on video. Runbook Company will send a production crew to your office and interview you on camera. Video testimonials are posted on the Runbook Company web site.

White Paper. Technical white papers, developed by Runbook Company or third parties provide a technical view on the implementation of your solution.


How to participate?

Participation is easy. On this website, you will find an electronic form to register your organization as a reference customer. This form provides various participation options as explained above which you can select.
