Delta training

Runbook Company aims to release a new support pack every year and each new release enhances the functionality. As a result, super users need to be trained and brought up-to-date in using and maintaining the new functionality. In Delta training, all the new features and functionality are discussed and explained in detail.

Having completed the Delta training, super users are able to Manage and Maintain the enhanced functionality of Runbook. Super users can pass on their knowledge and train the End users.

Super user training

In the Super user training, users can be trained in just two days. Super users are the key to user maintenance and management, helping the smooth day-to-day Runbook software operations.

In the Super user training, subjects like Runbook master data, scenario set up, reporting and additional functionalities are all covered. Part of the Super user training is the business case. The business case prepares the Super users for the Standards and Foundations workshop. In the business case, you'll consider how many areas you'll be using, the users, responsibility groups and their naming conversion.

At the end of the training you'll receive a certificate for being a fully-trained Runbook Super user.

End user training

In the End user training, everyone involved in the closing process or internal control process will be trained in how to use Runbook. During this training End users learn everything they need to know for working with the Runbook software. They learn about icons, how to execute a step, how to use reports and how to attach documents and much more. After this training End users are fully prepared to work with Runbook. The complete End user training normally takes four to six hours.
