Runbook Support ensures easy and effective implementations for our new customers and, together, we set up a customized and comprehensive project plan for a fast and successful implemention. Normal implementation takes between five and eight weeks.
After the Runbook implementation, maintenance is transferred to the customes' own operational organization with Runbook's support staff remaining on call to answer any queries about working with the solution.
