Runbook Online Support (ROS)

Licensed customers and certified Super users have access to the online support portal of Runbook Company: Runbook Online Support (ROS). To access ROS you need a username and password, which are provided during Super user training.

The support portal provides:

User documentation: The latest user documentation can be downloaded via ROS.

Online End user training: Runbook Company makes its online training available via ROS. Online training is a great way for training new employees working with Runbook or for users spread over a number of geographical locations.

Release notes: Describes the functionality of the Runbook software and when new support packs are released, additional functionalities are explained in the release notes.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): An overview of questions and answers can be found in ROS under the 'problem solving' button.

Online support questions: In case of queries, support can be requested online. Super users have access to the problem solving area of ROS in which they can find FAQs and request additional support.
